Position Overview
The Electrical Engineer (Software Testing) is responsible for designing and implementing testing plans for optical and electrical modules, ensuring product reliability and functionality. This role will lead the testing team to execute comprehensive product validation, align testing standards with customer requirements, and continuously improve testing processes to support high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design test plans for optical/electrical modules, including reliability testing and functional testing.
Lead and guide the testing team in completing validation tasks for external line series products such as AEC, ACC, and Loopback modules.
Develop detailed product testing schedules and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the testing team.
Maintain effective communication with customers to align on testing methods, plans, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on testing experience in the optical module industry or related fields.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies for optical/electrical modules.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead and manage a testing team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute structured testing processes and align with customer requirements.
