Luxshare-Tech’s 4U Liquid Cooling Distribution Unit (4U CDU) is an advanced, plug-in cooling system suitable for cooling data centers, cold plates, and optical modules. It offers high reliability, featuring a 1+1 redundant power supply and pump, along with key components such as a water tank, control panel, and plate heat exchanger, along with auxiliary components such as filters, flow meters, and pressure sensors. The 4U CDU collects required data from rack-mounted servers, and an LCD provides simple parameter control and display, enabling interactive management of the 4U CDU and ensuring proper operation of equipment within the cabinet. Compared to air cooling, the 4U CDU offers significant advantages in practical applications, primarily low noise, stable cooling, minimal environmental dependence, and adjustable cooling efficiency.

Our system utilizes a 3-phase, 7-wire AC power input connection to efficiently distribute AC power to the AC/DC rectifiers while providing branch circuit protection. It aggregates DC power from the rectifiers and battery modules onto a single bus and distributes it to the system bus and protected outlets. Additional management features include upstream communication via Ethernet, downstream communication via the CAN bus, and active current sharing control via the CAN bus.

We have the capabilities to assemble components from components to complete systems and have many years of experience in cable backplane production. Our automated production line is already operating on the factory floor, with continuous monitoring and strict quality control throughout the production process to ensure product performance.
