Electrical Engineer (New Graduate)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer (New Graduate) to join our engineering team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to participate in the design, development, testing, and validation of next-generation high-speed interconnect products.

You will work alongside experienced engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in electrical design, signal integrity, engineering validation, and product development while contributing to technologies used by leading global technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the electrical design and development of high-speed connector and interconnect products

  • Support schematic review, electrical analysis, product validation, and engineering testing activities

  • Participate in laboratory testing, data collection, and engineering analysis to verify product performance

  • Assist in signal integrity evaluation, electrical characterization, and design optimization

  • Participate in engineering design reviews and implement improvements based on technical feedback

  • Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports, and design records

  • Support troubleshooting during product development, engineering validation, and manufacturing

  • Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Signal Integrity, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Product Management teams

  • Learn high-speed interconnect technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance and reliability

  • Support technical discussions with global engineering teams and customers when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Internship, research, or project experience in electrical engineering, signal integrity, PCB design, or high-speed interconnect technologies is preferred

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn

  • Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, analog and digital circuits, transmission lines, and high-speed signal principles

  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers, or other electrical test instruments

  • Exposure to signal integrity, power integrity, PCB design, or high-speed communication technologies is a plus

  • Experience with simulation or engineering software such as Altium Designer, Cadence, HFSS, ADS, HyperLynx, MATLAB, or Python is preferred

  • Hands-on experience through engineering projects, laboratory research, internships, robotics competitions, Formula SAE, or other engineering design projects is highly preferred

  • Basic understanding of engineering validation and electrical testing methodologies

  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)

  • For candidates graduating from universities in Mainland China, English proficiency equivalent to TOEFL or IELTS standards is expected to support effective communication in a global engineering environment.
