On May 26, 2026, Luxshare-Tech and Marvell, a global leader in data infrastructure semiconductor solutions, formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Shenzhen, establishing a long-term, in-depth strategic partnership. Key members of both companies’ senior management, as well as core teams from technology, procurement, and business divisions, attended the signing ceremony.

This strategic partnership focuses on core cutting-edge sectors such as high-end optical modules and high-speed copper interconnects, closely addressing the core requirements of AI computing centers for high-speed interconnects and high-capacity data transmission. Leveraging their respective core strengths, the two companies will achieve complementary capabilities and technological synergy to deeply cultivate the global AI high-speed interconnect market. They will also jointly expand their customer base among major North American cloud service providers, thereby supporting the iteration and robust development of global AI data center infrastructure.

Under the strategic partnership plan, the two parties will establish a comprehensive cooperation framework covering joint pre-research on cutting-edge technologies, collaborative development of high-end products, joint global market expansion, and coordinated supply chain support. Marvell will leverage its leading expertise in high-end semiconductor chip technology, while Luxshare-Tech will draw on its deep foundational R&D capabilities, precision manufacturing processes, optoelectronic integration capabilities, and advantages in large-scale mass production and delivery. Together, they will jointly develop high-performance, highly reliable optical-copper interconnect solutions tailored for next-generation AI computing scenarios. At the same time, the two companies will share industry, customer, and channel resources to establish a regular, high-priority supply assurance mechanism, efficiently meeting the production capacity and delivery demands driven by the industry’s rapid growth.
